Jennifer Hollstein-Dorey

Born into a family of developers and contractors, I've been surrounded by construction since childhood. I have a deeply ingrained passion for building and design with a keen eye for detail.
I am very pleased to be rejoining the MasterBrand team as a Territory Manager for Compass Marketing, covering parts of NJ and PA. In a prior role with MasterBrand, I worked in the builder direct division and also in a national training role.
Prior to that, I honed my skills as a kitchen designer, creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for homeowners.
I also represented a top-tier building material wholesaler, serving cabinet shops and furniture manufacturers in the NJ area. My proficiency extends beyond sales – I am well versed in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications, ensuring precision in project execution. Grounded in design basics and construction documents, I foster seamless communication and collaboration.
Outside of work, I cherish moments with my husband of 20 years and our two young daughters. I find joy spending time in my shop doing woodworking and crafting projects. Whether immersed in nature, outdoors or on the water, I draw inspiration that frequently reflects in my work.
